EmancipAID

EmancipAID is a service offered by Root & Branch to promote the inclusion of people with special needs in the local social system. The offer is designed for people who are able to work and who are under the responsibility of the RAV (regional employment center), the IV (disability insurance) or a social welfare organisation in Switzerland. EmancipAID offers formal training or better paid employment in various professions.

EmancipAID offers guidance and support to participants during and after the transition to employment through individual and needs-based coaching. The program also facilitates training and employment within Root & Branch's inclusion network.
