ParticipAID

ParticipAID was developed as a safety net in the first labour market in Switzerland for long-term unemployed people who are fit for the labour market. It is aimed at people who are willing to work under the responsibility of the Regional Employment Offices (RAV) and aims to maximise the employment of participants in a Root & Branch specialist group.

ParticipAID also provides access to sector qualification programmes in Root & Branch's inclusion network (the so-called FastRunner programs).
